Grinnell’s Restaurant was established in 1961 by brothers Fred and Al Grinnell and has since become a Brighton landmark. In 1979, second generation first cousins, David Grinnell and Rick DeMitry received the torch and continued to operate Grinnell’s in the tradition established by Fred and Al for the next 35 years.
Following Rick’s retirement in 2014, David and his son Matthew, a fourth generation restaurateur, proudly maintain the restaurant’s reputation for fine dining, consistent quality and friendly atmosphere.
