Grinnell's Restaurant was established in 1961 by brothers Fred and Al Grinnell, and has become a Brighton landmark. In 1979, second generation first cousins, Rick DeMitry and David Grinnell, continue the tradition of maintaining the restaurant's reputation for fine dining, consistent quality and friendly atmosphere.

Grinnell's is open seven evenings, serving dinners from 4:30 to 9:00 on Sunday, 5:00 to 10 PM Monday through Thursday, and 5:00 to 11:00 on Friday and Saturday. Private Party Room available.
